 Supportive Care Program
For clients needing one or a combination of homemaker services, stand by assistance or minimal assistance with ADL’s sitter service in home, nursing home, or hospital. Staffed with a trained homemaker, Personal Care Assistant or a CNA depending on needs. Example – Shopping, Remind and Transport to Appointments, Change Linen, Laundry, Provide updates to family, Companionship, Wake-up and/or Tuck-In Care, Errands, Medication Reminders, Safety Monitoring, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Monitor Diet, Assist with Walking, Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Other task per request.
CNA Specialty Care Program For clients requiring intensive personal care and/or the skills of a trained and learned CNA. Example: Clients with hoyer lifts, turning and positioning of a bed bound client, slide board transfers, bed bath, wheelchair bound, stroke patients that require full assistance, end stage terminally ill patients, frequent falls.
Circle of Life CNA Visit Program Circle of Life’s visit program (2 hours or less) is designed for the client that requires a certain task to be performed and does not wish the staff to remain beyond that time period. Example: Bath visit, wake up or tuck in care.
Nursing Care Programs RN’s and LPN’s available to care
for clients by the hour or by the visit. Proficient in pediatric and
adult care. Nurse visits Priced per task and/or contracted rates – 2 hours or less Medication set up Price based on location.
All cases and staff supervised by
a registered nurse – at no cost to you.
